- First of all,you need to know your purpose of opening the store, also who will be your customers.
- Use your financial resources wisely(estimate all expenditures: wholesale cost,shipping charges etc).
- Gather important information about your customers personal preferences about certain product.
- Send newsletter with free discount codes,coupons etc
- Always send deliveries on time.
- Try to build strong business relationship with your customers, and add a page( refer a friend).
- Perform search engine optimization.
- Try to get more orders with less profit margin; use this key element to make your business more prominent among your competitors.
- Customer is always right, follow this mythology.
- Very important, be honest and have faith in yourself.
